Massacres throughout the land
Blood on our hands
Bodies on the ground
Breathe no longer found
Scars on our arms
Our own bodies we’d harm
Scars on our hearts
From games we play
So deep they stay
As flesh melts away

Innocence gone
Why do You persist, Lord, in keeping Your covenant?

Ode to Friendship

This is my ode
To the friends
That have showed
All the care in the world
As they've carried the load
