To mould us and shape us
And rise us in faith
To hold us, to heal us,
And sometimes to wait
And watch as we grew
As we wrestled with God
To show us His will
His purpose in all
His way of renewal
Each time we would fall
You prayed and encouraged
Believed and rebuked
You let US be real
You let us see YOU
And now in this season
When you've moved away
Less things do we share
As we live day to day
But though you have gone
And things aren’t the same
Your impact on us
Will always remain
